How to create multiple-page PDF in Illustrator CS5 (CS5.5)

 1: Create a new document in Adobe Illustrator

2. Set number of Artboards and layout

3.  Lay out your contents inside of each artboard

4. File/Save as

5. Select PDF format

6. Default setting is OK.  Just click Save PDF

7. PDF document is ready to open.
